Every new project begins with an introductory call. If we determine we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule an in-person meeting to experience your space and plans firsthand, then provide a detailed proposal outlining our scope of services. Once the agreement is signed and the initial investment is received, the project officially begins. We move into a thoughtful discovery phase, including a kickoff meeting where we explore your vision, lifestyle, and goals for the space. During this phase, we gather measurements, review inspiration, meet your builder and architect (if applicable), and discuss timelines and budgets to establish clear, realistic expectations. This foundational work ensures we’re fully aligned and set up for a seamless, successful project.

This is where the vision begins to take shape. Drawing from everything uncovered during the discovery phase, we develop a custom concept design that reflects your lifestyle, priorities, and aesthetic.

This phase includes curated material selections—such as fabric swatches and finish samples—allowing you to experience the color palette, textures, and overall direction of the design in a tangible way.

During the Concept Design Presentation, we review floor plans, elevations, and lighting plans, along with initial samples that bring the vision for your space to life. Together, we refine the direction before moving into the next phase of detailed design.

Once the concept design is approved, we move into the detail design phase — where every selection is finalized and the vision becomes fully realized. During this stage, we source the perfect furnishings, fixtures, and materials for your home, ensuring each piece aligns with the overall aesthetic and function of the space.

At your Detail Design Presentation, we’ll share a comprehensive package outlining all proposed items. This typically includes design boards, finalized floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations as needed, and a complete schedule of finishes and materials.

We’ll also review your overall investment so you have a clear understanding of the total project budget and all furnishings selected for your space. Our goal is to provide complete clarity before moving into purchasing and implementation.

During construction, our goal is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible for you. We coordinate closely with your builder and trades, managing design details, answering questions, and ensuring that selections are implemented according to the approved plans.

Our team conducts site visits as needed and remains in consistent communication throughout the construction phase. You’ll receive regular updates on progress, key milestones, and any important decisions, so you always feel informed and supported.

After the design is approved, our team manages the full procurement process on your behalf. We handle sourcing, specifications and ordering, tracking, and receiving all furnishings and materials, as well as coordinating warehousing, delivery, and inspection. Any freight issues or damages are addressed and resolved by our team to ensure each item arrives in excellent condition and is stored safely until the home is installation-ready.

Once all pieces have been received and carefully reviewed, we schedule your installation day. Our trusted team places furnishings and removes all packaging and debris. We also coordinate the scheduling of all other installations — such as wallpaper, artwork, and window treatments — ensuring they are completed in alignment with your project timeline.

The result is a fully realized space, thoughtfully layered and move-in ready, without you having to lift a finger.

Once all major installations are complete, we return for final styling. We thoughtfully layer in accessories, soft furnishings, florals, and finishing details that bring warmth, personality, and a true sense of completion to your home.
