    For clients who are not yet ready for full service, we offer a one-hour design consultation to provide professional guidance that you can implement on your own.

  • Investment depends on the size and scope of your project, the level of customization, and the number of spaces involved.

    For context, our clients typically invest around $25,000 to furnish a family room, with other spaces ranging below or above that depending on size and selections. Design fees are quoted separately based on scope.

    Full-service projects are quoted individually after our discovery call and site visit so we can provide an accurate proposal tailored to your goals, budget, and priorities.

  • Yes. Our team manages the entire procurement process — sourcing, ordering, tracking, warehousing, delivery, and installation. We source primarily from our vetted, trade-only and designer-exclusive vendors, giving you access to high-quality, customizable pieces that aren’t available at typical retail stores.

    This approach allows us to ensure quality, manage logistics, and create a cohesive, fully realized end result.

  • Absolutely. We can thoughtfully incorporate a few key existing pieces that align with the new design. During the design phase, we’ll evaluate what will work within the updated plan and where new selections will best support the overall vision.

    For most full-service projects, the majority of furnishings are newly selected. Our clients are typically ready for a fresh start and a cohesive look, and new pieces allow us to achieve that level of intention and consistency.

  • Yes — collaboration is a core part of our process. We work closely with your architect, builder, and trades to coordinate details, answer design questions, and ensure the design vision is carried through beautifully from plans to installation.

  • Yes, select out-of-state projects are accepted each year. Travel fees may apply. If your project is outside Michigan, please reach out with location and scope details to explore working together.

  • While we do everything possible to ensure a smooth process, large projects naturally involve many moving parts — and occasionally, unforeseen challenges arise. This is a normal part of any custom design or construction project.

    Our role is to anticipate and mitigate issues wherever possible by keeping your project organized, communicating clearly, and collaborating closely with your trades and vendors. If something does come up, we address it promptly, present solutions, and guide you through the next steps.

    Our goal is for you to feel supported and taken care of throughout the process, knowing you have an experienced team advocating on your behalf.

  • Timelines vary depending on scope. Furnishing only projects typically range from 5–6 months, while remodels and new builds may span 12–24 months. We will provide a project-specific timeline after the discovery phase.
